Public Transportation Submission Applications
We offer two options for submitting public transportation insurance business to RLI Transportation.
- Submit your application on-line with our easy-to-use submission system
— just click the button below to begin.
- Enter the application information when prompted and submit it once completed.
- You can print the completed application for your records.
- If you need additional information for the application, you can save the application and then retrieve it
when you are ready to complete it.
- Additional required information, such as MVRs, can easily be uploaded.
- Submit your application manually using the steps below.
- Choose the appropriate form from the list below.
- Complete the form electronically and save to your computer.
- Attach the form to an email and submit to public.submissions@rlicorp.com
or fax to 404-315-5586 or mail to RLI Transportation.
