Loss Runs

Loss runs are available to current customers and agents from this website. If you are a customer, please contact your agent to be set up for online loss runs. If you are an agent requiring access to our online system, please contact your product manager for a user ID, password, and explanation of the system. If you do not wish to use the website, loss runs are available by request from your underwriter or product manager at (888) 754-4221. All loss runs are updated daily.

Reserves

Expected ultimate reserves are generally set by RLI examiners within 60 days of report for all property damage liability, cargo, and physical damage claims and within 90 days for all bodily injury liability claims.
