Commercial Auto Submission Applications

We offer two options for submitting commercial auto insurance business to RLI Transportation.

1. Submit your application on-line with our easy-to-use submission system — just click the button below to begin.
• Enter the application information when prompted and submit it once completed.
• You can print the completed application for your records.
• If you need additional information for the application, you can save the application and then retrieve it when you are ready to complete it.
• Additional required information, such as MVRs, can easily be uploaded.




2. Submit your application manually using the steps below.
1. Choose the appropriate form from the list below.
2. Complete the form electronically and save to your computer.
3. Attach the form to an email and submit to SpecialtyAutoSubmissions@rlicorp.com or fax to 404-315-5586 or mail to RLI Transportation.
